Compare total platform economics, not one number
A practical framework for comparing setup fees, monthly platform fees, revenue share, provider charges, module fees, integrations, support and migration costs.
Headline price
A setup fee or monthly fee is only one part of platform economics. Two vendors with similar headline pricing can produce very different total costs once CRM, CMS, bonus, support, provider access and integration work are added.
Included scope
Create a capability matrix before comparing proposals. Mark every function as included, optional module, third-party charge, custom development or unavailable. This prevents feature names from hiding commercial differences.
Variable costs
Understand whether charges are based on GGR, turnover, active players, transactions, provider usage or fixed subscriptions. Model low, expected and high-volume scenarios.
Change costs
Ask what happens after launch: new provider integration, domain changes, migration, rebranding, extra environments, support escalation and new operational modules. Long-term flexibility often matters more than a small difference in month-one price.
Build it. Launch it. Operate it. Protect it. Grow it.
